He was polite and really helpful ,he knew exactly what to do to resolve the faults. only reason for not 5 stars was the lack of confirmation they were attending. Delivery and installation was on the date advised and when one of the awnings developed a fault ( after 8 years ) AMO obtained the spare part and rectified it. We would recommend

One of the horizontal blinds they fitted for me many years ago started to come loose from the ceiling & was in danger of destroying itself. Having visited their showroom we ordered both an awning and garage roller doors. Both Rachael and Andrew were extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. The whole process of order, site inspection and fitting took just over 5 weeks - a great service given the Civid confusions.  Awning and doors installed today, a very neat job done.
